Commission Terms

1. Full payment is done before sketch. [Payment options: Paypal / BCA / ko-fi]2. Please provide at least one clear image reference. Describe reference details clearly.3. I have the right to post your commission result with a watermark unless told otherwise.
Charges may apply if you don't want me to post the commission result ( private commission )4. Once I have sent the commission result to your e-mail, revision will no longer be possible.5. Commission is only for personal use. Ask me for commercial price.6. No refunds7. Please let me know beforehand if you need PNG version.
Otherwise i cannot guarantee that I can send you the PNG version.8. I'm able to reject your commission request if I think I'm not capable of doing it.9. You will receive the commission result with a very tiny watermark for personal use commissions.10. You will receive the commission without watermark for commercial use commissions.

Waitlist System

1. My waitlist works just like regular slots.
I receive payment upfront to secure a slot.
Waitlist period is around 1 to 6 months. It might also be earlier.

2. Refund is possible if I haven't started working on your request for 3 months since you paid.

Otherwise, I cannot guarantee that I can be on time.5. If the commission queue is long, it is still possible if you need me to finish the commission early by putting you in
( Priority Commission Slot ).
Rush fee will be applied to priority commission slot.

Rush fee is calculated based on

- deadline of commission
- complexity of commission
- length of queue at the momentRush fee ranges from $3 to $30
if the deadline is over 3 daysRush fee ranges from $20 to $60
if the deadline is in 24 to 48 hoursFeel free to ask me if you would like to know the precise rush fee.

2. WAIT FOR ME TO CONTACT YOU with the payment details.I will charge more for custom design / detailed illustration.
If I have not contacted you within 2 days after filling the form,

3. PAYMENTFor payment through Paypal, I will provide my paypal link/e-mail/issue an invoice for you to send the payment.
Then, I will start working on the sketch once the payment has been done.Untuk pembayaran melalui BCA, saya akan memberikan nomor rekening saya.

4. SET A ROUGH DEADLINE
I will let you know when i will be done with the sketch, then send the result to you.5. SKETCH REVISION
We will then revise the sketch together until the both of us are satisfied with it.
(Max revision : 2 times)6. FINAL REVISION
I will then proceed to colouring, and we will revise it together. No major revision.
(Max revision : 1 time)7. SEND FINAL RESULT
I will send the commission result in HD resolution to your email.
